Testimony:
I've basically been a "christian" my whole life. Raised in church, family very very
active in church. Faith, being what it is, requiring you to believe in something you
can't see, is the same for me as anyone else. I'm not a super-christian, but neither
am I someone who wears my faith as a badge, as just my ticket to Heaven. When I was
younger, everything I was told became truth, and once I had my sets of rules and
beliefs, anyone who would disagree with those was deceived. Then I found out there
is a difference between knowing God and being a parrot. So, I'm now in the process
of trying to figure out exactly who God is to me and it's a little bit difficult,
especially when I'm around the people who taught me all the things I knew before,
and they don't think I need to change. I do thuogh, and it's going to take awhile,
but I'm excited at the prospect. Instead of knowing everything at age 13, I realize
I'm going to spend my whole life learning, and still not know everything and that is
exactly what I want to do. That wasn't exacly a testimony, but that's all I have to say.
